Fire and Fury

Monument

When the dust has finally cleared and the echoes disappeared

There'll be something standing tall, answering the call

Not a statue of a king, not a bell that you can ring

Not a tribute to a war, but what we were fighting for.

I am the monument to every battle spent

I am the proof, the stone, the steel

That this power is for real

Not a statue to the past

But a fortress built to last.

The inscription's not in gold, it's the stories that we've told

In the whispers in the dark, in the fire from the spark

It's the names of all the friends who were there until the end

It's a testament to us, built of fury, built of trust.

I am the monument to every battle spent

I am the proof, the stone, the steel

That this power is for real

Not a statue to the past

But a fortress built to last.

This ain't no headstone for a grave, it's a lighthouse for the brave

A beacon for the next in line to see the brilliant shine

A landmark for the lost to know what survival really cost

And to show them that the fight is worth the power and the light.

I am the monument to every battle spent

I am the proof, the stone, the steel

That this power is for real

Not a statue to the past

But a fortress built to last.
