Artwork and prints
All artworks displayed on this site are original digital compositions by Amy Jean Nobles. Prints of these artworks are produced, fulfilled, and shipped by our premium fine-art print lab. The quality, production timeline, and delivery of your print are governed by our print lab's terms and policies, which apply to your purchase independently of these terms.
Orders and payment
All orders are placed and processed directly through our secure checkout on this site. Payment is handled by our payment processor, and your financial information is submitted to and stored securely, not by us. Pricing, availability, and shipping costs are determined by our print lab and may change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors or order processing issues.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled by our fine-art print lab according to its return policy. If your print arrives damaged or defective, our print lab will arrange a replacement. Please review our Returns page for details on how to request a replacement, or contact us with your order number.
Intellectual property
All artwork, images, text, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Amy Jean Nobles. Purchasing a print gives you ownership of the physical print only, not the copyright to the artwork. You may display, gift, or resell the physical print, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or use the image commercially without written permission from the artist.

This website is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any purchase made through our print lab. We are not responsible for the print lab's production, shipping, or customer service. Our liability is limited to the content and functionality of this website itself.
